Westchester County Airport Parking Garage: $36.47/Day, Hourly Rates and Reserved Spaces (2026)

As of October 2026, the Westchester County Airport parking garage charges $4.38 per half hour, $8.76 per hour and $36.47 per day, with each day counted as 24 hours from when you pull your ticket. It is directly across from the terminal and open 24/7. For trips over 3 days the cheaper official option is the Long-Term Lot at $20.88 per day, booked online.

HPN Parking Garage Rates

The Main Terminal Garage costs up to $36.47 per 24 hours, with short stays billed by the half hour.

These 2026 rates took effect on 1 January 2026 and come from the county's official HPN parking rates. The county page still shows the older 2025 rates above them; the 2026 figures are the current ones.

Short-Term Parking: What an Hour or Two Costs

The garage is HPN's short-term parking: $4.38 for each half hour, so an hour costs $8.76.

• 30 minutes: $4.38
• 1 hour: $8.76
• 2 hours: $17.52
• 4 hours: $35.04
• More than 4 hours: the $36.47 daily maximum

The 2-hour and 4-hour figures are the posted half-hour rate added up. The airport does not list a cell phone waiting lot, and the airport ground transportation rules say standing cars at the curb get ticketed, so the garage is the place to wait for an arriving flight.

Reserved Spaces in the Garage

You can reserve a garage space for a per-day fee on top of the normal parking rate.

Premium Reserved Parking is on Level 2 and costs $5.00 per day plus the garage rate. Enter at 240 Airport Road, drive to Level 2 and call (914) 946-0843; an attendant directs you to your space. Daily Reserved Parking is also offered. The operator's site lists its fee as $2.00 per day on the garage page and $5.00 per day in its main rate table, so check the fee when you book. Reservations do not include the cost of parking: you pay the garage rate when you leave.

What a Week in the Garage Costs

A 6-night trip, 10 AM on 13 November to 2 PM on 19 November 2026, comes to $253.86 in the garage.

Triply prices are for a sample booking (check-in 10 AM on 13 November, check-out 2 PM on 19 November 2026, billed as 7 days), include taxes and fees, and change by date. The HPN Long-Term Lot guide explains the booking rule behind the $20.88 rate. The Long-Term figure follows the county's wording ($20.88 for every day of a stay over 3 days); the operator's site says the rate applies "after the 72 hour mark", so confirm the total when you book.

Overflow Lots

When the garage is full, Overflow Lots 1, 2 and 3 open at the same $36.47 per day.

A lot attendant must authorize and pre-charge every car in them. The operator says cars that park themselves will be booted.

How to Save on HPN Parking

The biggest saving at HPN is booking the Long-Term Lot online for any trip over 3 days, which cuts the daily rate from $36.47 to $20.88.

• Trips of 3 days or less: the garage and the Long-Term Lot cost the same per day, so park in the garage.
• Trips over 3 days: book the Long-Term Lot online.
• Discount codes: neither the airport nor its parking operator publishes a promo code. The operator's site has an email sign-up for airport news and offers.

Garage or Long-Term Lot for a Short Trip?

For a trip of 3 days or less, choose the garage: both charge $36.47 per day for short stays, and the garage is across from the terminal.

A 2-day trip costs $72.94 in either place, so the Long-Term Lot only adds a shuttle ride. Once your trip runs past 3 days, the Long-Term Lot's $20.88 rate wins, as long as you booked online. A 5-day stay, for example, is $182.35 in the garage and $104.40 in the Long-Term Lot under the county's wording; check the total when you book.

The garage takes debit and credit cards only; no cash is accepted.

It has two covered levels plus rooftop parking and is a monitored facility. The operator offers tire inflation, jump starts and help finding your car; call (914) 946-0843. HPN does not publish the garage's height clearance, EV charging or a lost-ticket fee.
