Will Rogers Airport Parking Reservation: How to Book From $6/Day (2026)

As of October 2026, you can reserve any OKC airport lot or garage online through the airport's official reservation system, paying in full at the posted rates: from $6/day in Economy to $25/day in Premium. The airport publishes no coupon or promo code. The lowest prebooked price we found was DoubleTree, off-site, at about $5/day including fees for a sample week.

How to Reserve Will Rogers Airport Parking

Book on the airport's reservation system, pay up front, and scan the QR code from your confirmation at the gate.

1. Open the reservation link on the airport's parking page and pick your lot or garage, dates and times.
2. Pay the full amount by card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The charge shows as "WRWA Mobile Parking".
3. Wait for the confirmation email with your QR code. The booking is not complete until you receive it.
4. At the entry gate, scan the QR code from your phone (screen brightness up) or a printout. Do not pull a ticket.
5. Scan the same QR code at the exit.

The airport suggests starting your booking 2 hours before departure and ending it 2 hours after your flight lands, to cover delays. You must book before you enter; a reservation made after you drive in is not valid for exit.

Rules to Know Before You Book

Arrive within the grace period, use your QR code, and leave on time, or you pay extra.

• Arrival window: you can enter from 1 hour before to 1 hour after your booked arrival time. Arrive later and the booking is forfeited.
• Overstay: you get a 1-hour grace period after your booked end time; after that you pay current rates at the exit.
• Pulled a ticket by mistake: you pay standard rates on top of the reservation.
• One entry, one exit: no in-and-out. If you leave early, the QR code will not let you back in, and there is no refund for unused time.
• Availability: a reservation does not guarantee a specific space. A "Reserved Only" sign means unreserved spaces are full, which is when booking ahead pays off.
• Resale: reselling a reservation is prohibited and gets it cancelled without a refund.

Changing or Cancelling an OKC Parking Reservation

Reservations cannot be modified; you cancel and book again, at least 2 hours before your arrival time for a full refund.

The parking page mentions cancelling up to 1 hour before arrival, but the reservation terms set the cut-off at 2 hours, so go by the 2-hour rule. To cancel, open the reservation code link in your confirmation email and choose "Cancel Reservation"; the cancellation only counts once you get a cancellation email. If your airline cancels your flight from OKC, you can request a refund by sending proof of the cancelled flight, the flight purchase and your reservation to LandsideOps@okc.gov. Are There Will Rogers Airport Parking Coupons or Promo Codes?

No. As of October 2026, the airport does not publish any parking coupon, promo code or discount code.

The reservation terms say the airport may offer discount or promotional rates from time to time, possibly only through the online system, with any limits shown when you book. None are listed now, so treat codes posted on other sites with caution. The reliable ways to pay less are:

• Pick the right lot: Economy at $6/day costs less than half the Garage rate ($15/day). See the full Will Rogers airport parking rates.
• Book only the time you need: daily lots are charged in 24-hour increments, so a return a few hours later than your departure time can add a day.
• Use the free cell phone area for pick-ups instead of the Hourly garage.

Reserving Off-Site Parking on Triply

Two hotel lots near OKC can be prebooked on Triply, and DoubleTree beat the official Economy price for our sample week.

Triply prices are for sample dates (check-in 10 AM 13 November, check-out 2 PM 19 November 2026, billed as 7 days), include fees, and change by date. Both lots refund 100% if you cancel up to the day of arrival. DoubleTree (3.6 mi) runs an hourly shuttle from 6 AM to 10 PM, has a 3-day minimum, and asks you to call (405) 688-3300 for pickup. Wyndham Garden (3.5 mi) has its shuttle suspended, so plan on Uber or Lyft both ways.
