Arrival Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk to complete your parking paperwork. You will receive a parking tag and be directed to your designated parking spot. We recommend arriving early, as shuttle space may be limited.Transfer Shuttle runs from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Service operates hourly between 6:00 AM and 1:00 PM, and on demand starting at 1:00 PM. Please note that shuttle service is only available within these operating hours.Return After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call the hotel at 403-291-4666 to request your shuttle service. Airport pickups are provided on demand between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, and the front desk will inform you of the designated pickup location and expected shuttle arrival time.
