5:30 AM - 10:00 PM: Shuttle runs every 30 minutes. 10:00 PM - 5:30 AM: No shuttle.
Arrival Upon arrival, please check in at hotel front desk before parking your vehicle. Present your parking reservation confirmation to the front desk agent to receive a validation code. After obtaining your code, scan the QR code located on-site and follow the prompts to officially register your vehicle using the validation code provided.Transfer Shuttle runs daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, every 30 minutes, for seamless and reliable trip. To ensure a stress-free departure, we highly recommend arriving at the facility early, as shuttle seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may occasionally reach full capacity.Important Note: If parking outside shuttle hours, guests must arrange their own transportation (Uber/Lyft/taxi).Return After you have collected your luggage and ready for pick-up, please call 843-747-1882 to request a shuttle. A driver will be dispatched to collect you and bring you straight back to the hotel.Need help?
