Shuttle Service
5:00 AM - 12:30 AM: Shuttle runs every 30 minutes. 12:30 AM - 5:00 AM: No shuttle.
For shuttle pick up, once you've arrived you will go up to the departures on the 2nd level and look for a red sign that says hotel and private parking shuttles. Upon being ready, call or text HMR Shuttle service at: 714-444-4473. You must inform the shuttle company your first name, terminal number you are at and the hotel you are coming to. The hours of operations start at 5am and the last call is 12:30am. Keep in mind due to high traffic volumes at certain hours the shuttle time for pickup can be delayed and vary in wait times. The hotel is 3-4 minutes from LAX airport.*For all bookings made for outside normal shuttle hours, customer must provide own ground transportation to and from the airport via rideshare service (Uber/Lyft).
