The shuttle service is a courtesy; in the event you opt for other means of transportation it will be solely at your own expense. Lost Ticket Fee: A $50.00 fee will apply for all lost tickets.We do not park oversize vehicles such as RVs or trucks. No oversized vehicles with height dimension over 6'7".We do not provide service to Bimini Fast Cruise.

TO Cruise Terminal: 11 AM - 2:30 PM every 30 minutesFROM Cruise Terminal: 7 AM - 2:30 PM every 30 minutes
Arrival Procedures:• Check-in time begins at 10:30 AM for departing cruisers• Proceed directly to the 8th floor of the parking garageShuttle Service Information• First shuttle departs at 11:00 AM• Last shuttle departs at 2:30 PM• Complimentary shuttle service limited to 4 passengers per reservationYou may park here after shuttle hours but must arrange for your own transportation to/from the cruise terminalReturn Procedures• Shuttle pickup from Port begins at 7:30 AM• Standard waiting period: 30 minutes• Report to designated pickup area.
