Arrival Upon your arrival, please proceed through the first gate and take a ticket. You may park temporarily in any available spot, but you must check in at the front desk in reception to ensure your vehicle is properly registered. The front desk staff will provide you with a dashboard pass and access card for the second gate, where you may then park in your designated final spot. Please arrive at the parking facility at least 3 hours before your flight.Transfer Shuttle runs from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM every 30 minutes, departing at the top and bottom of the hour (e.g., :00 and :30). From 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM, shuttle service is available on demand by requesting transport at the front desk. Please note that travel times may take longer during peak traffic periods, specifically between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please ensure you board the Quality Hotel shuttle (located on Côte-de-Liesse), which displays the Quality Hotel logo, and do not confuse it with the Quality Inn & Suites shuttle (located on Herron). Gratuities for exceptional service are greatly appreciated by our shuttle drivers.Return After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please proceed to the departure level at Gate 8 and call 514-731-7821 to request pickup. Pickups from Montreal-Trudeau International Airport are available on demand 24/7. Please call only after you have reached the designated waiting area, as the shuttle is not permitted to park and wait at the terminal. Please ensure you enter the Quality Hotel shuttle displaying the Quality Hotel logo on Côte-de-Liesse rather than the Quality Inn & Suites shuttle.
