Arrival Upon your arrival, please present your parking reservation at the hotel front desk to receive a validation code. You will then be asked to register your vehicle by scanning the QR code provided at the front desk. All vehicles must be properly registered, which includes submitting your license plate information, phone number, duration of stay, and validation code. Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure, so please ensure you arrive at the parking location before this 2-hour window.Transfer Shuttle runs from the hotel to the airport every 20 minutes between 3:00 AM and 11:00 AM. For departures from 11:00 AM to 3:00 AM, the shuttle service is available on call.Return After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 503-256-5000 to request your return shuttle service. Airport pickup service is available on call 24/7.
