Upon exit from airport: after pickup of luggage, call location on 804-226-6400, exit outside the airport and look for hotel shuttle signs; wait there to be picked up. Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.
