Arrival Upon your arrival at the Aladdin Parking Facility, please pull a ticket from the entry machine and proceed to the valet-baggage drop-off area to unload your passengers and luggage.Afterward, please park your vehicle and return to the lobby-shuttle loading zone to board the bus.Cruise lines suggest arriving at the port 2 hours before your voyage, so please plan to arrive at the parking facility ahead of this 2-hour window to allow sufficient time to park, process your reservation, and board the shuttle.Transfer Shuttle runs 24 hours a day, departing every 15-25 minutes and on demand, to the cruise ship terminals.Return After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please proceed to the port pickup area for the shuttle service, which operates 24/7 every 15-25 minutes and on demand.Before exiting the parking facility, please check out at the garage office by presenting both your emailed confirmation and the entry ticket you pulled upon arrival.Please note that if you have lost your entry ticket, proof of your travel dates will be required.
