Arrival Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk and allow ample time for the check-in process. You will be provided with printed instructions, pickup location details, and two phone numbers for your return shuttle; please be sure to retain this information. Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight, so please ensure you arrive at the hotel no less than 1 hour before you need to leave for the airport, well ahead of this 2-hour window.Transfer Shuttle runs 24 hours every 30 minutes to and from the airport, departing on the hour and half-hour.Please note that there may be a 20-30 minute wait for the shuttle, so please plan accordingly.Return After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 905-612-1119 (or the alternative contact numbers provided on your arrival printout) to arrange your return transfer. Please wait at the designated shuttle area instructed by the front desk, keeping in mind that there may be a 20-30 minute wait.
