Parking is situated in a covered, underground garage, and no hotel room reservation is required to park.Guests enjoy 24-hour access to their vehicles, supported by courteous customer service and 24-hour monitoring. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport terminal is included with every online purchase.EV charging is available on-site (first 4 hours complimentary, $2.50/hour after the first 4 hours).

Arrival Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk to receive a reservation confirmation tag. Park your vehicle on parking garage Level P2, as parking on level P2 is required to avoid being towed. Once parked, please place the tag on your dashboard inside the vehicle where it can be clearly read.Transfer Shuttle runs from the hotel starting at 7:00 AM until 10:30 PM (the last shuttle departs at 10:30 PM) every hour on the top of the hour. Please note that shuttle service is not provided from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Outside of active shuttle hours, guests must arrange their own transportation to and from the airport.Return After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 703-836-4700 (press option 1 for shuttle information, or option 7 to reach the front desk to dispatch a driver). Airport pickups are available on demand during shuttle operating hours. Please be precise when informing the front desk of your airline, as pickup zones vary depending on your specific airline and terminal.Checking OutWhen exiting the facility after your trip, please press the button to speak with the lobby attendant and state your reservation number so they can buzz you out of the parking lot. Please do not pay again at the lot ticket machine.
