Shuttle Service
4:30 AM - 10:30 PM: Shuttle runs every 30 minutes. 10:30 PM - 4:30 AM: No shuttle.
Arrival Upon your arrival, please pull into the hotel garage and park in any available space that is not marked "Reserved". Once you have parked, please head to the hotel lobby to present your prepaid parking pass at the front desk. You will need to fill out a registration form with your name, license plate number, and state information to properly enroll your vehicle in the system.Transfer Shuttle runs from 4:30 AM to 10:30 PM, departing from the hotel every 30 minutes to take you to the airport. Please note that boarding is accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to registered hotel guests. Guests may have to pay for an Uber or Lyft to and from the airport if the shuttle is not available.Return After you have collected your luggage, please proceed outside to the designated off-hotel shuttle location to arrange your pickup. • If you are arriving at Terminal 1, the hotel shuttles pick up at Curbside 2. • If you are arriving at Terminal 2, the shuttles pick up at Curbside 1 at either Door #4 or Door #7. Checking outOnce you return to the garage, you can proceed directly to your car and depart. Please ensure your vehicle was properly enrolled during check-in; if your car has not been enrolled, you will be unable to exit the gate and will need to visit the front desk to register your vehicle before departing.
