As of October 2026, Burbank airport valet parking is $59/day, including the City of Burbank parking tax, at the Valet Center inside the new Terminal Garage. Valet runs 24 hours with a 30-day maximum stay, and you get your car back by calling or texting 818.626.3922.

This page covers how BUR valet works at the new terminal, what it costs against self-park, and the extras. For every other option, see our complete BUR parking guide.

How Valet Works at the New BUR Terminal

Drive into the Terminal Garage and leave your car at the Valet Center; you walk from there to the terminal.

The new terminal opened on 13 October 2026, and the airport says valet parking is within its parking structure, reached by the Terminal Loop Road off N. Hollywood Way. If you used valet at the old terminal before 13 October, you have 30 days after that date to collect your car from the old valet center. Rates and services are on the airport's valet parking page.

Getting Your Car Back

Call or text 818.626.3922 with your ticket, use an airport courtesy phone and enter your ticket number, or pay at an express pay kiosk in the terminal.

Keep the ticket with you; the airport doesn't publish a lost-ticket fee.

What Valet Costs

Valet is a flat $59 per day maximum, so a week costs about $413.

1 day
Valet$59
Garage self-park$49
Lot G$24
3 days
Valet$177
Garage self-park$147
Lot G$72
7 days
Valet$413
Garage self-park$343
Lot G$168

Totals use the daily max for each day; BUR doesn't publish how it bills a partial final day. The Airport Authority has approved a valet step-up to $68/day from 1 July 2027, with garage self-park going to $54. Our Burbank airport parking price guide has every hourly and daily rate.

When Valet Makes Sense

Valet is worth the premium mainly on short trips, when you are running late, or when you want the car washed or charged while you are away.

  • One or two nights: valet costs $10 a day more than self-parking in the same garage, a small premium for skipping the search for a space.
  • Tight on time: you drop the car at the Valet Center and walk to the terminal; there is no lot shuttle to wait for.
  • Car care: the car wash is only available through valet, and valet will charge an EV on request.
  • A week or longer: the gap grows fast. A week of valet costs $245 more than Lot G.

Timing Your Drop-Off

The airport recommends arriving at least an hour before your flight, and two hours at peak holiday times.

Build in time for the new Terminal Loop Road and the garage on your first visit after the 13 October 2026 move. For security screening rules and what you can carry on, check TSA's traveler guidance before you leave home. If you are picking someone up rather than flying, curbside waiting is not allowed, so use the garage at posted rates and meet in Baggage Claim.

Car Wash and EV Charging

Valet offers a full-service car wash and EV charging on request.

  • Car wash: available through valet; ask when you drop off. The airport doesn't publish car wash prices.
  • EV charging: on request, with a $20.00 handling fee per session.
  • Self-park alternative: the Terminal Garage has its own EV chargers at $0.50/kWh plus the parking rate.

Can You Reserve Valet at Burbank Airport?

Not at the moment: the airport says pre-booking is unavailable while it moves to a new parking operator, and drive-up parking is always available.

Valet is open 24 hours a day, so you can arrive without a booking. Updates on reservations will be posted on the airport's BUR parking page. For questions, call 818.840.8838 or email askparking@bur.org.

Valet vs Self-Park and Off-Airport Options

Valet costs $10 a day more than self-parking in the same garage, and more than twice Lot G.

That gap is scheduled to widen. From 1 July 2027, valet is set to rise to $68/day and garage self-park to $54/day, a $14 daily difference, or $98 over a week. Lots F and G are set to stay at $28 and $24, so for trips next summer and beyond, the savings from a long-term lot grow further.

You pay for the convenience of handing over the keys and having the car brought back, plus the car wash and EV extras. If you'll walk the same garage yourself, self-park saves $70 a week. For a longer trip, Lot F and Lot G long-term parking with the airport shuttle costs less than half. Southwest Parking Burbank, bookable on Triply, was about $21/day for a sample week but has no shuttle, so call the lot at 818-565-3440 to confirm how to reach the terminal; see our review of the Southwest Parking lot on Empire Avenue. Triply prices are for a sample 7-day booking (check-in 10 AM on 13 November, check-out 2 PM on 19 November 2026), include taxes and fees, and change by date. Every option is ranked by price in our cheapest Burbank airport parking guide.
