YOW Parking Rates: C$21 to C$26 a Day, Fees and Discounts (2026)

As of October 2026, YOW parking rates are C$6.00 per 30 minutes in both public lots, up to a maximum of C$21.00 per 24 hours in the P4 Long-term/Overheight lot (C$105.00 per 7 days) and C$26.00 per 24 hours in the covered P1 Parkade. YOW Parking Rates Table

P4 is the cheaper of the two public lots for any stay longer than a couple of hours.

Airport rates are from the official YOW parking rates page, as of October 2026, and the airport's online quote shows its prices including 13% HST. BIZ rates are from the airport's BIZ business traveller page. Triply prices are for a sample booking (check-in 10 AM on 13 November, check-out 2 PM on 19 November 2026), include taxes and fees, and change by date.

The airport has already published its 2027 rates, and every rate goes up.

What a Short Visit Costs

Short stays are billed at C$6.00 per half hour until the daily maximum kicks in.

By our arithmetic from the posted rates (estimates, not airport quotes), an hour in either lot costs C$12.00. Because the half-hour rate is high relative to the daily cap, a P4 stay of more than 1.5 hours already costs the C$21.00 maximum, and a Parkade stay of more than 2 hours costs the full C$26.00. If you are only meeting a flight, the free Cell Phone Lot costs nothing: wait there until your passenger is at the curb. Under the 2027 rates, short stays are billed every 20 minutes, so by the same arithmetic an hour would cost about C$18.00.

What a Week at YOW Costs

For a 6-day, 4-hour trip, P4 booked online was the cheapest airport option at C$99.75, and the off-site Routes lot was about half that.

The online figures are the airport's own quote for these dates, including HST, after its 5% online discount; drive-up figures are our estimates from the posted rates. Routes is cheaper but keeps limited hours: its shuttle runs 8 AM to 6:30 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 5:30 PM on weekends. Our guide to Routes Airport Parking near YOW explains how that works.

How to Save on YOW Parking

The airport publishes its own discounts, and its special offers cannot be combined with each other.

• Book online: the airport's reservation system applied a 5% online discount to both lots in our quote, with no booking fee.
• CAA members: 20% off P1 or P4 when you reserve online with your CAA membership number, or 10% off when you pay at a pay station or exit gate without a booking.
• Canadian Armed Forces (CFOne Card): 15% off standard rates in P1 and P4. Log in to the CFOne member site to get the promo code, then use it when you reserve. Serving members, veterans, pensioners and their families qualify.
• Visa Infinite Privilege: 20% off in the P1 Parkade, drive-up only. Take your entry ticket and card to the parking office to pay the discounted amount. Other Visa cards don't qualify.
• 10 for 30: book a P4 stay of 14 to 30 days and pay for only 10 days. Our YOW P4 long-term lot guide explains how the offer works.

Details and eligibility are on the airport's special offers page. The airport's summer code for the Parkade ended on 30 September 2026, and we know of no other public promo code.

Reservation Fees and Cancellation

There is no booking fee; changes are free and cancelling costs C$5.00.

You can amend an airport booking at no charge up to 3 hours before your booked arrival time, but the new booking is priced at the rates in effect when you change it. Cancelling before your arrival time costs C$5.00. If you enter before your booked time or leave after it, the extra time is charged at posted rates, so the airport suggests booking 2 hours either side of your plans. A Triply booking at Routes gives a 100% refund if you cancel up to the day of arrival.

How You Pay

Drive-up parking is paid by card or debit when you leave.

Pay stations are in the terminal Arrivals area, on Levels 1 and 3 of the Parkade and near the P4 exit, and they take debit, American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Online bookings are paid up front by American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa. The airport does not publish a lost-ticket fee; call 613-248-4304 if you lose yours.
