Uncovered/RooftopArrival Upon arrival, pull a ticket at the entrance and retain it for exit purposes. Proceed to the Rooftop / Level 3 and park in any space not marked as "Reserved." Take the closest elevator down to the lobby level to access the shuttle service.TransferShuttles circulate 24/7. Pickup areas at PHX are Terminal 3 (North Side Door 5, Center Median) and Terminal 4 (North Side Door 7, Ground Level).You may also call Shuttle Dispatch at (480) 925-9630. If you require a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, please call at least 24 hours in advance.Note: From 2/08 to 4/26, Terminal 3 is closed for pickups/drop-offs between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. During these hours, please use the SkyTrain to transition between Terminal 3 and the PreFlight bus at Terminal 4.Return Upon your return to the facility, present your parking pass to the cashier in the West Lobby.
