As of October 2026, Lot E is TF Green Airport's long-term lot and its cheapest open option: $22 per 24 hours at the gate, or about $18 a day when booked online in our sample week, with a free shuttle to the terminal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It has 1,786 spaces on airport property.

Here is what Lot E costs, how the shuttle works and how it compares with the other choices. For every lot at PVD, see our complete PVD airport parking overview.

Lot E Rates

Lot E costs $7 for the first hour, $15 up to two hours and $22 for anything from two to 24 hours.

Rates include taxes and fees and run on a 24-hour clock from when you enter, per the official Lot E page. The airport publishes no weekly rate, so long-term stays are simply $22 per 24-hour period: $66 for three days, $154 for a week and $308 for two weeks at the gate. A lost ticket is charged $22 for each day since you parked.

The Lot E Shuttle

The Lot E shuttle is free, ADA-accessible and runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The airport calls it a "bumper-to-bumper" service and says drivers will help with your luggage. Its booking page lists it as a 10-minute shuttle. When you park, follow the SHUTTLE PICKUP signs for the quickest ride to departures. The airport does not publish how often the shuttle runs. Build the ride into your timing: the airport's travel tips suggest arriving two hours before flights between 6 and 8 a.m. or 4 and 6 p.m. and during school vacation weeks, and at least one hour before other flights.

Where Is Lot E?

Lot E is on airport property and is reached from Airport Connector Road or Post Road.

The airport does not publish a street address for the lot. Lot E is handicap accessible, and its shuttle is ADA-accessible. Questions go to the airport's parking operator, LAZ Parking, at 401-737-7275.

Lot E for Larger Vehicles and Pick-Ups

Lot E is a lot, not a garage, so the garage height limits (8'2" in Garage A and 7'2" in Garage B) do not apply to it.

The airport publishes height limits only for its two garages, none for Lot E; if your vehicle is unusually large, confirm with the parking office before you go. Lot E is also not the place to wait for an arriving passenger: the free Cell Phone Waiting Lot at 2200 Post Road is about a minute from the arrivals curb, and Lot D in front of the terminal charges $7 for the first hour. Shuttle and lot hours are confirmed in the airport's parking FAQ, which says the Lot E buses operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Reserving Lot E

You can reserve Lot E on the airport's parking site, and in our sample week that cost $126 instead of $154 at the gate.

The sample stay ran from 10 AM Friday 13 November to 2 PM Thursday 19 November 2026, six days and four hours; the airport's booking page showed $126 on 23 October. At the gate the same stay is seven $22 charges, because the last four hours reach the daily maximum. Reservations guarantee a space until Lot E's quota fills, and the airport warns that holiday quotas fill quickly. You enter and exit once, can cancel up to 24 hours before the start time, and cannot change a booking (you cancel and rebook). If you stay past your booking, the extra time is charged at posted rates.

Is There a Lot E Coupon?

No. The airport publishes no Lot E coupon or discount code as of October 2026; the online price is the discount.

An old Lot E coupon link on the airport's parking site now goes nowhere. Its rate card says "book online and save," and the booking page labels Lot E "Online Discount." Our PVD parking coupon and savings guide covers Park Smart Rewards and the other official ways to pay less.

Lot E vs Other PVD Parking

The DoubleTree costs $5.78 more than Lot E booked online but lets you cancel for a full refund up to the day of arrival, which helps when Lot E's reservation quota is full or your plans may change. The InterLink garage is only cheap for stays under 24 hours; our TF Green station parking garage guide explains why. For the covered garages and short-term prices, see our TF Green parking rates by lot.
