Long-Term Parking Rates at ELP
Long-Term is the cheapest official parking at ELP, at $9 for each 24 hours.
The airport's official rate page lists $1 for 11 minutes to an hour and $1 for each additional hour after a free first 10 minutes, up to the $9 daily rate. The rate page also lists a per-transaction fee: $0.99 from 11 minutes to 3 hours and $1.99 for 3 hours or more.
| Stay | Daily charges | With $1.99 fee |
|---|---|---|
| 1 day | $9 | $10.99 |
| 3 days | $27 | $28.99 |
| 5 days | $45 | $46.99 |
| 7 days | $63 | $64.99 |
| 14 days | $126 | $127.99 |
The airport does not publish a weekly rate, a monthly rate or how a partial last day is billed. The rate rose from $7 to $9 on 1 March 2026 after a delay during construction, so older price lists are out of date. Our comparison of all El Paso airport parking prices sets Long-Term against Short-Term, valet and Premium Reserved.
Long-Term Parking Shuttle
The Long-Term shuttle is free and runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year.
- Accessible: the shuttles have wheelchair lifts.
- Designated stops only: for pedestrian safety, the airport's courtesy shuttles pick up only at designated shuttle stops.
- Frequency: the airport does not publish how often the shuttle runs, so allow extra time, especially at holidays.
When you land, collect your bags and head to the designated courtesy shuttle stop for the ride back to the lot.
Long-Term Parking Map and Directions
The easiest way to find the Long-Term lot is the airport's live parking map, which also shows how full each lot is.
Open the ELP live parking lot map before you leave home; it shows each lot and real-time availability. Lots are marked with overhead signs as you drive in. The airport does not publish a separate street address for the Long-Term lot. If you are picking someone up rather than parking, use the free cell phone waiting lot covered in the hub guide.
How to Pay for Long-Term Parking
Long-Term is ticketless: your license plate is recorded on entry and you pay when you leave.
- Scan the QR code at the entrance, or sign up in advance with the airport's ticketless provider, Metropolis, and add your plate and card. Payment is taken automatically as you exit and the receipt is sent electronically.
- Manual and cash payment options remain available. Cards accepted: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. No foreign currency.
- Because there is no paper ticket, there is no ticket to lose. For a missing receipt or billing question, call the parking office at 915-771-7990.
How Long Can You Leave a Car in Long-Term?
Up to 60 days, but call ahead for anything over 30 consecutive days.
The airport describes Long-Term as overnight parking for up to 60 days. For stays over 30 consecutive days, call the parking office at 915-771-7990. After 60 days the vehicle is considered abandoned.
Free Long-Term Parking for Disabled Veterans
Enrolled disabled veterans park free in Long-Term for the whole stay. Eligibility covers qualifying Texas disabled veteran and military specialty plates (the airport's page also mentions New Mexico plates, so confirm eligibility with the parking office), and enrollment must be approved before you enter the lot, which takes at least five business days. The main ELP parking guide explains who qualifies and how to apply. There is no published senior discount for Long-Term.
Holiday Overflow and the West Lot
During peak holiday seasons the airport has opened a temporary seasonal lot on Boeing Drive near the Starlight Event Center, with 440 extra spaces and a free shuttle; 2026 plans have not been announced. The $10 West Lot, closer to the terminal, is closed for reconstruction, as covered in our update on the ELP West Lot closure.
Long-Term Lot vs Off-Site Parking
For our sample week, an off-site lot on Triply cost about $20 to $31 less than Long-Term.
Courtyard El Paso Airport, 6610 International Drive, 2.1 miles away, came to $33.62 for 7 days (about $4.80 a day), all paid online, with a 100% refund if you cancel up to the day of arrival. Long-Term for the same stay of 6 days and 4 hours would be $54 to $63 plus the $1.99 fee, depending on how the airport bills the partial last day, which it does not publish. Long-Term's advantage is its 24/7 shuttle: Courtyard's shuttle runs on demand from 5:30 AM Monday to Thursday or 7 AM Friday to Sunday until 11 PM, so a very early flight means arranging your own ride. Our guide to off-airport parking at ELP has the check-in and return steps.
Triply prices are for a sample 7-day booking (check-in 10 AM on 13 November, check-out 2 PM on 19 November 2026), include taxes and fees, and change by date.
