El Paso Airport Parking Prices: $9 to $20 a Day, Hourly Rates and Fees (2026)

As of October 2026, El Paso airport parking prices run from $9 per 24 hours in the Long-Term lot to $17 in Short-Term and $20 a day in Premium Reserved, with valet at $12 a day. Hourly parking is $1 an hour after a free first 10 minutes, plus a $0.99 or $1.99 transaction fee. An off-site lot on Triply came to about $4.80/day for a sample week.

El Paso Airport Parking Rates (October 2026)

Long-Term at $9 per 24 hours is the cheapest official rate; Premium Reserved at $20 is the highest.

The airport does not publish weekly or monthly rates or say how a partial final day is billed. It also does not say whether rates include tax.

Hourly and Short-Term Parking Costs

Short stays cost $1 an hour after a free first 10 minutes, so a two-hour pick-up comes to about $3.

The rate page lists $1 for 11 minutes to an hour and $1 for each additional hour, up to each lot's 24-hour rate. That means the $9 Long-Term cap is reached after about 9 hours and the $17 Short-Term cap after about 17 hours. On top of the parking charge, the rate page lists a per-transaction fee:

• Up to 10 minutes: no fee
• 11 minutes to 3 hours: $0.99
• 3 hours and up: $1.99

So a two-hour Short-Term stop costs $2 plus $0.99, or $2.99. A full day in Short-Term costs $17 plus $1.99.

What a Trip Costs in Each Lot

For a stay of more than a day, Long-Term costs about half as much as Short-Term.

Figures are daily charges only; add the $1.99 transaction fee on the airport's own lots. Long-Term went up from $7 to $9 a day on 1 March 2026. Our El Paso long-term parking cost guide covers the shuttle, paying and the 60-day limit.

Premium Reserved Parking ($20 per day)

Premium Reserved is the only one of the airport's own lots you can book ahead, at $20 a day for a guaranteed space in front of baggage claim.

The lot has 185 spaces and is now shaded by a solar canopy finished in spring 2026. You reach it only through the west entrance of the Short-Term lot, and reservations must be made at least one hour before you arrive. Book through the airport's Premium Reserved parking page. Free parking for disabled veterans does not apply here. Questions go to the parking office at 915-771-7990.

Valet Parking at El Paso Airport ($12 per day)

The airport's listed valet option is Park Air Express, at $12 a day on the official rate table.

Park Air Express is at 6440 Airport Road, El Paso, TX 79925, phone (915) 778-2020. The airport's valet parking page says it offers prepaid online reservations and valet parking services. At $12 it costs $3 a day more than Long-Term and less than Short-Term.

West Lot ($10 per day, closed)

The West Lot charges a flat $10 a day with no hourly rate, but it has been closed for reconstruction since 10 January 2026. The city said in April 2026 that it would reopen later this year, but no date has been announced, so check its current status; our El Paso airport West Lot page tracks what is known.

How to Save on El Paso Airport Parking

The airport publishes no promo codes, senior discounts or general military discounts, so savings come from picking the right lot.

• Overnight? Use Long-Term. At $9 against $17, it saves $8 a day over Short-Term.
• Disabled veterans park free. Enrolled vehicles with qualifying Texas plates (the airport's page also mentions New Mexico plates, so confirm eligibility with the parking office) park free for the whole stay in Long-Term and up to 5 days in Short-Term. Enroll at least five business days before you fly; there are no refunds for stays that began before approval.
• Keep short stops under 10 minutes for free, and under 3 hours to keep the transaction fee at $0.99.

Off-Site Parking vs the Long-Term Lot

For our sample week, Courtyard El Paso Airport on Triply cost about $4.80 a day, roughly half of Long-Term's $9.

Courtyard El Paso Airport parking, at 6610 International Drive, 2.1 miles from the terminal, came to $33.62 for a 7-day booking, paid online, with a 100% refund if you cancel up to the day of arrival. Long-Term for the same stay (6 days and 4 hours) would be $54 to $63, plus $1.99, depending on how the last part-day is billed: about $20 to $31 more. The trade-off is the shuttle: Courtyard's runs on demand from 5:30 AM (7 AM Friday to Sunday) to 11 PM, while Long-Term's runs 24/7.
