Tucson Airport Parking Covered vs Uncovered: Economy Covered $9/Day, Garage $15 (2026)

As of October 2026, Tucson airport parking covered options are the Economy Covered lot at $9/day, with a free 24/7 shuttle, and the Garage at $15/day, a walk from the terminal. Uncovered Economy is $6/day. Off-site, a hotel lot whose listing includes covered parking came to about $5.60/day for a sample week on Triply.

Covered vs Uncovered Parking at TUS

Covered parking at TUS costs $3 a day more in Economy Covered and $9 a day more in the Garage than uncovered Economy.

Airport rates come from the official TUS parking page; weekly figures are seven daily charges because TUS publishes no weekly rate.

Economy Covered ($9/day)

Economy Covered is the cheapest covered parking run by the airport, on Corona Road next to the uncovered Economy lot.

The shuttle runs 24/7 about every 15 to 20 minutes. Stand by your car to be picked up, or wait at a covered shuttle stop just beyond the fence, as the airport FAQ explains. The Garage ($15/day)

The Garage is the covered choice with no shuttle: you walk to the terminal's east exit by moving walkways.

Off-Site Covered Parking

Four Points by Sheraton Tucson Airport is a hotel 0.6 miles from TUS whose Triply listing includes covered parking among its amenities.

For the sample stay (6 days and 4 hours), it came to $39.02. Economy Covered would be $54 to $63 and the Garage $90 to $105, depending on how TUS bills the partial last day, so the hotel lot was $15 to $24 less than Economy Covered. The listing does not say every space is covered, so ask at the front desk when you check in.

Reserving Covered Parking at TUS

Both airport covered lots can be reserved online for the daily rate plus a $2 booking fee, or you can drive up.

• Book from 24 hours up to six months ahead, for up to 60 days per reservation.
• The reservation is only good for the lot you booked. Park in the Garage on an Economy Covered booking and you pay the Garage's posted rate as well.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the start for a refund minus the $2 fee. Once a reservation starts, it isn't refunded.
• Reservations take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Booking the hotel lot on Triply is separate: you pay online, check in at the front desk, and register your vehicle there.

Accessible Covered Parking

The Garage has designated accessible spaces and three elevators; the airport does not say whether Economy Covered has accessible spaces.

The uncovered Economy lot does have accessible spaces and wheelchair-accessible shuttles; call (520) 573-4710 to arrange one. Accessible spaces need a disability plate or official placard on display.
