As of October 2026, Norfolk International Airport publishes no parking promo code, and it suspended its prepaid reservations and Parking Perks loyalty program on 31 August 2026. The lowest official rate is Daily Parking at $3/hour up to $14/day. The cheapest bookable option we found was an off-site lot at about $9.25/day for a sample week, though its shuttle is suspended.

Below is what is official, what isn't, and the real ways to pay less. For lots, garages and pick-up rules, see our complete look at ORF airport parking.

Is There an ORF Parking Promo Code?

No: the airport doesn't publish any parking promo code or coupon.

The airport's parking page lists two rates and a free Park & Wait Lot, with no codes, coupons or member pricing for new customers. If you see an "ORF parking promo code" elsewhere, it isn't one the airport publishes. You pay the posted rate at the self-service exit lanes.

What Happened to Prepaid Parking and Parking Perks?

ORF suspended new prepaid parking reservations and its Parking Perks loyalty program effective 31 August 2026; its parking page says no new reservations are accepted from 1 September 2026.

The airport's notice on the reservation and Parking Perks changes says the suspension comes as its modernization construction progresses. Existing reservations are honored, and existing members can still log in from the parking page to change or cancel them. Members with points will be contacted by the airport. A new reserved parking option is promised "at a later date", with no date given. Until it arrives, you can't prepay at the airport.

Is There a Military Parking Discount at ORF?

No: Norfolk International Airport doesn't publish a military parking discount.

The airport's military and government services page lists other benefits for active-duty travelers with ID: 20% off in airport retail shops through Hudson News and 15% off food and non-alcoholic drinks in airport restaurants through HMSHost. It also notes that airlines offer military fares, and that the USO Welcome Center on the second level of the Arrivals Terminal is open 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. daily. Parking itself is the same $14/day Daily rate for everyone. The airport also says disabled placard holders get no additional parking discount beyond the free first 30 minutes.

Real Ways to Pay Less for ORF Parking

The biggest savings come from picking the right rate and using the free options.

  • Use Daily, not Hourly. Daily is $3 an hour against $5, so it's cheaper for any stay: a 4-hour visit is $12 instead of $20, a week $98 instead of $210. Our ORF parking cost table shows every stay length.
  • Long day trips cost no more than short ones. Daily Parking caps at $14, so a 10-hour day costs the same as 5 hours.
  • Pick-ups under 30 minutes are free in any lot or garage.
  • Bring a credit card or phone wallet. Cash isn't accepted. The parking page mentions reverse ATMs that turn cash into a card for a fee, but another airport page says cash conversion cards aren't accepted for parking, so don't count on one.
  • Wait in the free Park & Wait Lot instead of circling. Stay with your car until your passenger calls.
  • Charge for free. Garage D has 12 complimentary EV charging spaces you can stay plugged into for your trip; the parking space costs the Daily rate.
  • Consider off-site for longer trips, after adding your rideshare costs (below).

What the Right Choice Saves

On a week-long trip, choosing Daily over Hourly saves $112, and the off-site lot was about $31 to $33 under Daily for our sample week.

ORF figures are full days at the daily max; the airport doesn't say how a partial final day is billed. For trips of a few days, Daily Parking is often the simplest saving because it needs no booking and no ride.

The Off-Site Option: Econo Lodge Norfolk Airport

Econo Lodge Norfolk Airport came to $64.75 for a 13 to 19 November sample stay (about $9.25/day), against $96 to $98 in ORF Daily Parking (six $14 days plus either 4 hours at $3 or a seventh full day; the airport doesn't say how a partial last day is billed).

Triply prices are for the sample dates shown, include fees and change by date. Triply billed the stay as 7 days, paid in full online, with a full refund if you cancel up to the day of arrival. The lot is at 3343 N Military Hwy, Norfolk, 1.1 miles from ORF, with no extra charge for full-size vans, pickup trucks or large SUVs. The trade-off: it lists its shuttle as temporarily suspended and says you may arrange your own Uber or Lyft, so two rides of about a mile come off your saving, and on a short trip they can erase it.
